- it does not matter if you are a beginner or advanced yogini, if you are flexible or not, in all classes we give you options so that you can adapt each asana (posture) to what your body asks of you,
- each class is different depending on the weather, the energy of the group, the moon phase, …
- you practice by the sea, listening to the waves or watching the sunset,
the safety distance is always kept. We have a room of 140 square meters and we always respect the limmited capacity so that you have 2 meters of distance from anyone during your entire practice, - you can use one of our mats if you don’t have your own,
reservations and pay online, and - the most important thing is not where you go with the posture, but that you breathe and stay present.
