You feel so good after yin yoga classes. So light and tension free.

The stillness of yin makes deep contemplation easy.

It almost feels like magic.

And you want to understand the magic.

High speed lifestyle is exciting, stimulating and totally detrimental to our health.

We can´t sleep, we can´t relax, slowing down causes anxiety and we are rarely satified.

We are deeply disconnected from our bodies.

Yin yoga is an invaluable tool for a yoga teacher or individual to be able to manage the causalities of the current work lifestyle climate.

It guides you to slow down, be present, relax and restore.

Yin Yoga Training

is a 100 hour training in which you’ll learn

The roots and history of yin yoga.

How to understand and practice the teachings of The Tao and the Tao of Leadership.

From an expert in the fascia (connective tissue) to support our deeper engagement and understanding of yin yoga.

From an expert in Meridian Theory and Chinese Medicine the 12 principal meridians and their corresponding atributes.

To practice through the 5 chinese elements and their coresponding emotions, foods, spiritual aspects and seasons.

To understand and experience yin yang theory.

To practice, teach and adapt yin yoga sequences for each body, season, emotion, excess or deficiency of energy.

Meditation techniques and ways of self observation to deepen our awareness in our personal practice.

Is the course certified?

Yes, it is internationally certified by Yoga Alliance. However, that only guarantees that the training meets its standards, but it is not a guarantee of quality. I’ve participated in several certified and uncertified trainings and there are very good and very bad ones in both groups.

What we are really proud of is the reviews that our students send us. Like these that I literally copied from tripadvisor:

Ana

Ana

I have been practicing yoga for almost 11 years in Bali, Indonesia. I have lived in Las Palmas for 3 years. I was quite worried about finding a place to practice yoga that was or offered me the same conditions regarding the level of yoga and teachers that I was used to, in addition to it being a clean place and offering a pleasant environment.

To my surprise, one day I discovered walking Pure Yoga.

I loved its location in front of the sea, an open, clean space, with a clarity and a warm atmosphere. And since that day I have not worried more about finding more places. I did a Yin yoga training in Nov / 2019 and completely fulfilled my expectations on a personal and professional level. And I have the confidence to continue practicing and training with them at a professional level. I have only words and experiences of thanks.

Thania

Thania

My name is Thania, I have done yin yoga training in Pure yoga. I love doing training with Libby and her team, because they are very professional and serious with their work. Life is continuous learning and with Pure yoga the path is smooth, fluid, happy. The yin yoga training came at the right time and helped in my transformation and knowledge. Yin yoga is not just maintaining stretching postures, there is much more behind (the meridians, the chakras, the elements, the delivery, …..) giving yourself to each pose and thanks to the training and delivery of the entire team of Pure yoga, I learned that yin yoga is more than maintaining a posture, each posture has a why? And for what ?. Pure yoga true love. Thank you so much.
