You love practicing yoga. It’s a big part of your life. You think everybody could benefit from practicing.

Your curious spark inside is asking for more.

Yoga has been in your life off and on for a relatively long time.

Even though you really want to you never find the discipline to practice regularly.

When you do, something ends up hurting, like your knee when you forced your way into lotus pose, or your lumbar spine from over extending, or your shoulder from all those chaturangas.

You want to feel the bandhas, drishti, pranayama, vayus, anatomy or the spiritual aspects of the practice but nobody ever gives you simple practices to access them.

Often it seems like your ego takes over when you hit your mat and it’s all about the pose. Then you get competitive, miss the joy of the practice.

And you feel unsatisfied.

The sensations that you read about like bliss, connection, love not fear, surrender, lightness, compassion, unattachment and peace feel like distant instagram quotes that everybody else achieves, but not you.

When you do asana sequences, they feel mechanical and lifeless.

Yes you build up a sweat and move, but you are always asking yourself

Isn´t there more to this?

Yes there is!

When you participate in our yoga teacher trainings, you will learn how to feel the asana from inside, your asana practice will become a moving meditation.

You will atune to your energy through the elemental vinyasa and know how to balance it.

You will learn how apply the ancient teachings to your daily life.

You will experience clear anatomical and biomecanical ques that keep your body safe from injury.

You will connect with your internal guide and learn how to follow this guidance.

I trained to be a yoga teacher, so I could self practice, as I was living in a town where there were 2 yoga studios that didn´t meet my needs.

We are a growing community of conscious compassionate yoga studios and teachers.

Do you dream of sharing the love of the practice?

I never thought I would teach, however, when something serves you, lifts you, gives you light and tenderness, I believe it is your responsibility to share it.

I have been fortunate to be able to do the intensive training and it has turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life, the Pure Yoga team led by Libby is, first of all, a very human and close team, great people who contribute a lot to you, Beyond the knowledge, I am very grateful for the opportunity I have had to be able to be part of the training and have had the opportunity to meet each and every one of them, the training has been spectacular, in my opinion the most complete that You can find, and always keeping in mind and in practice, the entire philosophy of Yoga, because its ethics and professional is not at odds with love and compassion for yourself and the rest, and far from any competitiveness.
It has been hard given that the training was intensive, but it has been worth it to infinity%, without a doubt one of the most intense and beautiful experiences of my life, I took not only knowledge but a family for life, both for my colleagues in the training, as for the entire Pure Yoga team and their collaborators.
Fully recommended to all who are considering training.

I loved the energy that was breathed in both theoretical and practical classes. The teachers are excellent and they transmit yoga as a lot of sweetness and passion. Practicing Yoga while the sound of the waves breaking, the wonderful atmosphere that is breathed in the room and the security of being in good hands surrounds you … this is how after this year I feel Yoga.

I have nothing but words of thanks to the entire Canarian pure yoga team, during the month of August I have done a training and it has been incredible, it would not change anything, the teachers are professionals from head to toe and knowledgeable, they I recommend it to anyone who wants to delve a little deeper into their practice, or to anyone who wants to simply enjoy receiving spectacular yoga classes in a place full of magic and facing the sea.

I spent the whole month of March in the Pure Yoga studio to do the Vinyasa Yoga training (200h) with Libby and her team. The studio is beautiful by the sea, the teachers are adorable and good teachers, and the yoga classes are great. The training was an incredible and high quality experience, I highly recommend it. Libby guides you throughout the process with love and great wisdom, transmitting Yoga in all its aspects. Together with their colleagues, Barbara, Naira, José, Aroa, and other professionals form the training making it truly complete: anatomy, yoga (vinyasa, element, yin yoga), philosophy, ayurveda, inverted, history, adjustments, practices, prenatal, yoga children ….. If I had to choose my 200h training again, I would definitely do this again. Highly recommended, magical, namasté.
